I'm a full timer and I had my transfer box burn up one morning. I was in a huge rush because my dogs were inside my camper with no AC and the temperature was rising. I called in looking for the part I needed in a last ditch effort after calling all the closer RV shops. I talked to the guy at the front desk and he was super accommodating and helpful. He told me he didn't have the part I needed, but the supplier they used was nearby and they could have it for me in no time. I was able to get the part replaced and up and running before the afternoon heat go too intense for the pups. I was super thankful. These guys are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone.

(Response to Linda's response) Yes there was some damage to the interior that is why my insurance company issued my trip and made all the repairs. But the generator going out was my fault?! Wow, so using it which is it's primary function is a problem?! Note to anyone thinking about renting one from here. It was leaking out when I did the walk thru to which your technician said it'll be fine here's a quart of oil fill it up in case it runs out. Disgusted with your response and lack of ownership of your RV's mechanical issues. No functioning A/C in the middle of July and that my fault?! No electricity but to the exterior of the TV and that also my fault? Right

Cheap, which was my reason for booking with them. I rented a 8 passenger RV. Second day in the A/C went out. Called for a resolution. Over the weekend there was none. Tried to make it work, when it didn't rented a car to at least escape the heat box during the day. The following day the lights went out. Had to book hotel rooms the last two nights. When I turned in the RV I asked them to simply reimburse me for the expenses of the rental vehicle and nights at the hotels for the issues they're RV had. I could have thrown a fit about the RV rental charge because it was a huge inconvenience, but i didn't, as a company has a certain profit margin, and who am I to say what that inconvenience to me was worth. A month later not one phone call from the owner like I asked for. Still waiting. Do yourself a favor and pay a little bit more with another company that has work RV's.

They lied to us told us it would be 400 and than said they would charge us for a half of labor to install a battery than charge us a full hour which left our bill at 1100 than told us they had to full out our dump which it took them 3 weeks to dump which it very full and smelly in which they blamed us because they said we did not tell them which it clearly says on ticket please dump we even left the fan on and told them please turn off fan which they did not bad customer service to not go there much better companies that will not rip you off

Great experience! Friendly people and clean RV. Bummed they had a 3 night minimum as we only needed it for two, but we were happy with the experience.
