This place is home! I've found my purpose and some of my best friends through this church.
I don't know where to start y'all. 6 months ago I was in a weird place trying to restrengthen my faith. Someone told me about a church called the Cause KC downtown. This family brought me in from day one as I was, encouraged me, loved me, and showed through action and word the Love of Christ. If you are looking for a church near North Kansas City, where you can discover who you are and what this thing called faith is, this is it. I was welcomed with open arms, I have amazing community groups, and worship is totally focused on Jesus. I Have been challenged by the Love of God. This is where I say, Welcome home:)
When they say "welcome home" they truly mean it! I've never been around a more faith immersed & friendly community. Pastor Kyle + Liz have a way of communicating the word of God that encourages all to live out the mission of Jesus in their everyday lives. 10/10 recommend this church to anyone + everyone!
They are eager to meet and get to know you before you walk in the doors. Visit asap!
They will help you get a good parking spot, lead you to the entrance and help you get settled inside. CauseKids (newborn-6th grade) allows children to have fun and learn about Jesus in a safe and secure environment. Free coffee in the commons (but don't take it inside the auditorium, school rules)!
I moved here a few years ago, not knowing anyone, and found a community that welcomed me without hesitation. The team encouraged me to join a Connect Group, which in a matter of weeks produced some of the healthiest and best relationships I still have today. Don't wait another weekend. You belong here.
I love this church and this community! Such a great place to worship and experience the unconditional love of God, and to feel the embrace of a family who proudly and loudly proclaims that you don't have to behave to belong because you are already loved by Jesus. This is a great place for families, for students, for the young, and the more mature. All are welcome here - there is a place for everyone.
