Serg and his guys were early to start, did exactly what he said they'd do, and finished when he said they'd be finished. I wish all service companies were as good as this one. Very happy with the finished product, communication, and customer service from this company. Thanks a ton!
The first time I got a call from them off home advisor, the representative that called was super sweet, she answered my questions the best to her ability, but at the end I told her that I was still looking around for other companies to see what my options were. She said that was okay, and we parted ways from there. Two days later she called me again for a follow up, and this time she seemed irritable. She made an appointment for someone to come out to give me a price on Friday (December 8th) and when I agreed, she said “well why didn’t you just tell me to book your appointment the last time we spoke”. To me this was very unprofessional. But I still decided to give them a shot. Friday comes around and I don’t get a call, and no one shows up to my house. I waited, and so I gave them a call and no one answered. I was very confused, but if this is how they treat their customers then I will not be doing business with them.
Worked with the owner personally for a couple years with BNSF Railway. Great character, very professional, and excellent at what he does. Hands down top choice in Kansas City. Honesty and integrity in the contracting world is hard to come by, but these guys are old school. They'll take care of you!
